He works with a team of talented consultants, has a good rapport with city inspections officials, and is always looking to maximize the potential of a structure and its site. Environmental and sustainable practice is paramount in any design, as well as respecting clients’ realistic budgets. Vincent has served 6 years as a volunteer on the City of Raleigh Appearance Commission and was also chair of the Pullen Park Neighborhood for many years. He lives in a house he has renovated, originally built in 1907, along with his wife and kids in downtown Raleigh.
